Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Refunds:

• All cancellations are subject to a £100 administration charge.
• Cancellations made 10 days or more before the course start date will be eligible for a refund of the course fee, excluding the £100 administration charge.

Non-Refundable Period:

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the course start date will be considered non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Process:

• To cancel your course registration, please contact us via email or phone at least 10 days before the course start date.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.

Exceptions:

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies), a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
